2013 BMW X5 spied near Munich

It was the first day on the job for a new photographer at the Belgian site Vroom when he spied the much anticipated 2013 BMW X5 on the road near the company's headquarters in Munich.

It would appear that the already large Teutonic SUV will grow in order to stand apart from the larger new X3.

Apparently the gent was able to get a peek under the hood and saw a V8, along with other equipment that he thought indicated it might be a hybrid. This tester was a seven passenger version, sporting a third row seat.
