The Dark Knight Rises inspires Batpod knock-off in Vietnam?

It comes as no surprise that The Dark Knight Rises continues to dominate at the box office, with loyal Batman fans willing to do almost anything to get in on the action... even build a homemade Batpod?!

Inspired by the caped crusader's latest set of wheels, this outrageous motorcycle replica was recently caught on video speeding through the streets of Vietnam. The pretty serious 'Batpod-on-a-budget' seems to work too, as its owner hits the road for an awesome afternoon ride along public streets.

The vast amount of time and effort put into this handcrafted knock-off is still unknown, yet the project remains very impressive regardless of any comparison to the real thing. Rumour has it this kid is ready to challenge the Dark Knight heads up in a race for pinks, anywhere, anytime!

We can only wonder what's next for this resourceful young fanboy? Maybe a homemade Tumbler?
