A bizarre sea foam storm brought strange chaos to the shores of Queensland, Australia earlier this week. While local residents flocked to pose for "foam party" photos and capture video of the rare occurrence, police were kept busy directing traffic through the dangerous conditions.

While you may not be able to see it in the image above, one driver (with very limited visibility) was forced to fight their way out from underneath a nine foot blanket of foam and we're not talking about the bus. The emerging car to the left of the bus nearly struck two surprised police officers caught directly in its path.

Luckily the quick thinking cops managed to leap out of harms way in time, although we're sure they had a few choice words for the careless driver behind the wheel of the "caaa."

a little tip for the po-lice, when drivers are having a very hard time seeing, maybe don't stand in the middle of the road doing F-all.
