Formula E will allow different batteries, motors in second season

Kicking off in Beijing two weeks ago, the inaugural FIA Formula E Championship race is now officially in the history books. But rather than a full-on world championship, Formula E is more of a spec racing series. That's because every team is running identical cars, but the series organizers want to change that.
